  • About the Role

    We are looking for a full-time Client Service Lead to own and lead client delivery across our core consulting programs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and has prior work experience in the U.S., with the ability to balance service delivery and light sales support.

    You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a high-quality, structured, and consistent experience from kickoff to closeout, while also supporting the sales team as a subject-matter expert during consultations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Service & Delivery (70%)

    • Lead end-to-end client engagements, from project kickoff through final closeout, ensuring all promised services are delivered on time and at a high standard

    • Define project milestones, manage timelines, and lead monthly client check-in meetings to track progress and outcomes

    • Deliver core consulting services, including resume creation, career training, monthly mock interviews, and job search strategy execution

    • Develop and improve standardized career training materials to support service consistency and scalability

    • Coordinate with advisors and project associates to ensure smooth service execution across multiple client accounts

    • Proactively identify risks, blockers, or client concerns and resolve them to maintain high satisfaction and retention

    Sales Support & Expertise (30%)

    • Serve as a U.S. job search domain expert during free consultations, supporting sales representatives during the pitching process

    • Answer client questions related to U.S. job searching, recruiting timelines, resumes, interviews, and hiring practices during the sales cycle

    • Provide professional insights that help prospects understand program value and set realistic expectations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university in Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare, or Arts

    • At least 1 year of full-time work experience in the U.S.

    • Strong understanding of the U.S. job search process, including resumes, interviews, recruiting timelines, and job application platforms

    • Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, coaching, account management, or professional services

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

    • Detail-oriented and execution-focused, ensuring high-quality service delivery and consistent follow-through

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes and priorities

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required)

    • Successfully secured a full-time U.S. job offer as an international student (non–green card holder)

    • Familiarity with U.S. work visa pathways, including STEM OPT, H-1B, EB-2, and EB-3

    • Experience creating training materials, SOPs, or other standardized documentation

    • Experience collaborating with sales teams or supporting consultative sales processes

  • About the Role

    We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about marketing, digital growth, and business development in a dynamic startup environment.

    During this internship, you will be assigned a strategic project aligned with our current marketing or business development initiatives. The project will take approximately 10 weeks to complete, and you will be responsible for its design, execution, and final presentation.
